This course is designed to assist Illinois bar and restaurant employers in providing the legally-required sexual harassment training to their employees.  More information about the law is available here:

In order to complete the training and receive your certificate, you must view the entire video and complete the eight scenarios provided below.  You must receive a 10 out of 10 score for the scenario section before the quiz is shown.

Once you have taken the course, you will have the opportunity to complete a 5-question quiz to obtain a certificate documenting completion.  The quiz may be accessed at the bottom of the course page, or by returning to this home page.  Note that the quiz will not be available until you have viewed the course. 

After you have successfully completed the quiz by answering at least 4 of 5 questions correctly, you will have the opportunity to download and print your certificate. You should provide a copy of your certificate to your employer, and keep a copy for your records.  If you misplace your certificate, you may return to this site to download and reprint.
