This course is designed to assist Illinois employers in providing the legally-required Diversity and Inclusion to their employees.  More information about the law is available here:  https://www2.illinois.gov/dhr/Training/Pages/default.aspx

In order to complete the training and receive your certificate, you must view the entire video provided below.

Once you have taken the course, you will have the opportunity to complete a 18-question quiz to obtain a certificate documenting completion.  The quiz may be accessed at the bottom of the course page, or by returning to this home page.  Note that the quiz will not be available until you have viewed the course. 

After you have successfully completed the quiz by answering the 18 questions correctly, you will have the opportunity to download and print your certificate. You should provide a copy of your certificate to your employer, and keep a copy for your records.  If you misplace your certificate, you may return to this site to download and reprint.
